Plantation, FL - January 9, 2007 - Cable Beach Resorts & Crystal Palace Casino, Nassau, The Bahamas, announces the opening of Moso, a new, hip, dining experience that features authentic, classic and contemporary Chinese cuisine, together with Thai and Japanese culinary specialties.
